Once you have chosen your Towncourt Home, you will be required to complete a reservation agreement and pay your reservation deposit. Refer to the development particulars for the deposit amount for the home you have chosen. Once you have paid your deposit, this will be confirmed in writing by a Towncourt Homes representative. The purpose of the reservation deposit is to guarantee that your home is taken off the market for a period of up to 28 days from when your solicitor receives the contract package from Towncourt Homes’ solicitor.
